found it didnt have secure boot keys installed from bios. fixed the issue
Secure boot state is still off tried alot of things
I wanted to play valorant after i updated to windows 11. It tells me Error code "VAN9003". Quick detour to riots webpage tells you its either TPM 2.0 or Secure boot. TPM 2.0 is enabled and active as a requirement for windows 11. Secure boot in "system information" says off. Even though i disabled CSM in bios, put the secure boot mode to UEFI windows mode (asus b450-f gaming mobo). Bios updated. Drive is GPT. Idk anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
