Hello,
I'm wondering if I could get some guidance.
One of our Laptops has a problem with one of Window's update:
Hewlett-Packard - USB - 58.2.1778.23178
Install error - 0x800f020b
I have attempted several times over the last month.

This is a false positive. This tool is officially made available by Microsoft, and the link is legitimate.
Do the following:
Place your mouse cursor over the download, select the three dots button (...), and select "Keep".

Where do I find the three dots in Windows Update?

This is a driver update. Windows is probably trying to install an older driver version than the one currently installed.
The best option is to hide this update using Microsoft's "Show or Hide updates" tool. Download from the link below.
Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to hide the update.
You might need to restart your computer or wait a few minutes for the update to be removed from the Windows Update list. Alternatively, you can check for new updates by clicking "Check for updates" a few times. If you don't have the "Check for updates" button, press "Retry".
If you are unable to do this for some reason, please let me know.

Great news David, however, EDGE will not allow me to download or save that link, EDGE is reporting "blocked because this type of file can harm your device".
My apologies David, it was not my intent to infer the download was unsafe only to indicate what the EDGE is responding to.
When I place the mouse over the new download there is no ability to select the 3 dots just above at the same time. When I just have the download in the downloads window and go up to the 3 dots just above - the only options are 1) Open downloads page 2) Clear all download history 3) Downloads settings.
Perhaps it is a security setting in the EDGE restricting me? If I knew which I could uncheck temporarily to move forward?
