I last used Excel October 14, 2025. My subscription renewed October 15, 2025. Now today, October 16 2025 I can open a spreadsheet but it won’t let me do anything. I don’t know if the renewal has anything to do with it or not, just seems suspicious. Any suggestions

Same issues - just began October 17 although my renewal isn’t until the 28th. Deleting/reinstalling did not solve the problem.

Heard back from Microsoft that sometimes around renewal it will cause an issue. They had me delete and re-install and everything is working now!

My renewal was in early August 2025 and I can’t open any worksheets in Excel or documents in Word since the latest updates. This has been going on for days now.
