Hi everyone. This has been addressed by Microsoft as of this evening. Please quit the teams app, restart it, and your video will be correct.

Having the same issue as previous people with my camera being upside down in teams. Tried Zoom and no issue. Any help appreciated.

with the new update the problem is solved.

Based on what many users have shared in the community, there’s a workaround that often helps right away:
Update Teams to the very latest version. Or you can delete the app, reboot the iPad, reinstall Teams, sign back in.
Rotate your iPad such that when used in Landscape orientation, the camera is at the top of the screen. In this orientation, the USB-C port will be to the right-hand side of the screen.
If you position the iPad such that the USB-C port is to the left, for many Apps the camera image will appear to be upside down as you describe.
Make sure screen orientation lock is off.
After rotating to the correct position, fully close and reopen Teams so the app can re‑detect the camera orientation.
