Hi,

Thanks for reaching out Microsoft community with your question. I understand how important it is to have a unified inbox and junk folder when managing multiple email accounts, especially in the new Outlook experience. It can be frustrating when a feature that improves productivity is missing, particularly when it exists in other versions like Outlook for Mac or mobile.

The reason this feature isn’t currently available in the new Outlook for Windows is that Microsoft is still in the process of evolving the app. The new Outlook is built on a modern architecture that allows for faster updates, but some features from the classic version haven’t yet been implemented.

To officially request this feature, you can submit feedback directly from within the new Outlook app. Just go to the Help menu and select Feedback, then describe your request clearly. This sends your suggestion straight to the Outlook product team. You can also check if others have submitted similar requests and vote on them through the Outlook Feedback Portal.

I hope this answer is helpful, if you have further questions, feel free to reply back

Regards,

Edward
