How to fix Microsoft Access

I’m currently experiencing issues with our Microsoft Access application. I’ve already reached out to one of our IT personnel, and while they’ve been trying to troubleshoot, the problem remains unresolved. I was advised by one of our IT professionals to escalate this to the Microsoft team, specifically the MDB support group.

Would someone be able to assist—either by remotely accessing the system to help resolve the issue or by providing step-by-step instructions that our IT team can follow?

    That error message usually means the mdb is corrupt and no longer usable.

    The best remedy will be to restore the most recent good backup. It's possible that the most recent backup(s) are also corrupted if the corruption occurred prior to that backup, so test each one in turn, if necessary, to find one that has the most recent data available.
