I have just discovered that from 2021 to 2024 I was double charged $69.99 per year for my Outlook service. That totals $279.96 that Microsoft I was overcharged. I would like to receive a refund or credit. Payment history indicates only one payment during those years. No other users are or were using my account. My Quicken Payments journal is attached.microsoft bills.png. Note that on 8/27/2025 I upgraded to Outlook 365 for $99.99/year and was again double billed. I was issued a refund for that.

    I was charged $159.00 on 5th August 2025 for Microsoft 365 Personal which included “AI” which I did not want or request so would like to return to my previous subscription and receive a refund of the $50 I was charged.
