Hi.
Last week my windows started up in dark mode (all the apps).
I followed this page but after a while (few seconds) the light mode vanish and the dark mode sticks.
Any idea?

Do you have Microsoft PowerToys installed?
If yes, go to PowerToys Settings > System Tools > Light Switch, then turn off the toggle for Enable Light Switch.
Meanwhile, go to Start > Settings > Personalization > Colors.
Choose your Mode - set it to Light.
