I purchased Microsoft 365 (Family version). I installed the Outlook software and found that I couldn't see anything that allowed me to import my backed up PST file. After a little research I found that the "online version" of MS365 is a lightweight version that doesnt use a PST file on your desktop. I believe I need to download full desktop apps (or the Classic Office). I understand that there should be an option in my subscription page that should show "Other Install Options" or I should be able to find an "Offline Installer" or I should clearly see "Download full desktop apps" but I see NONE of these options. I've installed and uninstalled MS365 three times but its always the "New Outlook". I'm very very frustrated. HELP!!

Thank you very much for the link. I did download a desktop version of outlook, then hunted around for desktop versions of the other apps and I was able to link my previous PST file. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
