I was able to figure it out thanks to AI.

I fixed it by deleting 365 from my computer and re downloading it. I am assuming it was a corrupted somehow but I am a novice so who knows.

    Please provide a screenshot of the error you see when you try to use the Office 365 apps.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?
