Gift card problem (not showing in my account) (MICROSOFT REWARDS)

I grinded points to redeem "Roblox Gift Card" in the ms rewards, But when i checked it, it didn't exist. i thought that Microsoft would have removed it. But when i asked some of my friends to check (they are also using ms rewards), all of them had an option to redeem roblox gift card.
Kindly help me

  • Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
  • Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
  • Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
  • Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.

In the event that you will still encounter an issue after checking the above and if it will still be the same later today or tomorrow, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. May I check and confirm that you and your friends are on the same region for Microsoft Rewards and no one is using a proxy or a VPN for it?
