Hi,
Try verifying your date and time settings. Go to settings > Time & Language > Date and time. Set the time automatically and Time zone automatically to ON. This could be 1 of the reason.
Also, check for windows update. And update all the pending after downloading all. Restart your device and resign-in.
If both of them didn't work, try clearing the microsoft sign in cache click WinKey+ R and type wsreset.exe and hit Enter. This resets the Microsoft Store cache, which can affect account sign-in.
