I have been overcharged for my MS Office Family 365 annual renewal. I did NOT ask for and DO NOT want the A.I. version for which I have been charged. I want a refund of the the extra cost for the A.I. version of Office Family 365

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. I understand that MS has recently changed or upgraded the MS 365 subscription as they added the Copilot features in certain regions that will actually increase the price.

You may try to reach the MS Billing Support and check options regarding this:

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in (the one with the subscription)

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

    Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thanks,

    Tin

    Hi Craig,

You can downgrade to the classic subscription:

I am not sure if they would refund you extra. Maybe contact support?
