How can I show all of my available time slots on my Bookings page for specific date?

I cannot get a specific date on my bookings page to read like I want it to with the correct available time slots. All of the other dates work but not this one, as shown in pictures attached. I have my time zone right, but nothing is happening no matter how I change it. Any tips?Screenshot 2025-11-06 105608Screenshot 2025-11-06 105527

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and for sharing those details. I took a close look at your screenshot, and here’s what I noticed and what might be causing the issue.

Your recurring custom hours are set up like this: Monday has several time slots such as 9:00–10:00 AM and 10:30–11:00 AM. Tuesday also has multiple slots like 9:00–9:30 AM and 10:30–11:00 AM. Wednesday is available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while Thursday and Friday are marked as not bookable.

The date range you’ve applied is November 17–19, 2025, and the calendar view shows November 18 selected. For that day, only four time slots appear: 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 12:30 PM. Your time zone is set to UTC-05:00 (Eastern Time), and the option to always show time slots in the business time zone is enabled.

So why might this be happening? Sometimes the custom hours and date range settings can conflict, especially if the date range overrides your recurring schedule. Another possibility is staff availability, if the assigned staff has different working hours or time off on November 18, only those times will show. Service duration and buffer times can also play a role; for example, a one-hour service with a 15-minute buffer will block adjacent slots.

Here are a few things you can try: check your service settings to make sure it’s set to “Bookable when staff are free” or uses the correct custom hours.

Verify that staff availability matches what you expect for November 18. If you only want recurring weekly hours, consider removing the date range or extending it. Also, review your service duration and buffer times to ensure they don’t overlap with your intended slots. Finally, save your changes and refresh the page, sometimes updates take a moment to appear.

As a quick test, try setting one service with no buffer and a 30-minute duration. If all Tuesday slots show up, then the issue is likely related to buffer or duration conflicts.

Let me know how it goes, I’m happy to help further if needed!

Regards,

Edward
