Thank you for your question. As of today, Microsoft has not published an official GA release of msodbcsql17 or msodbcsql18 that lists RHEL 10 as a supported OS. We recommend checking the Microsoft docs or the driver download page periodically for updates. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/odbc/download-odbc-driver-for-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver17
