Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Do not share the MEMORY.DMP file as it may contain personal information. Only share the minidump files.

I suggest you remove MEMORY.DMP from the shared link or remove the link.

Don't worry. I downloaded the file, analyzed only the areas related to the crash, and deleted the file immediately afterward.

The dump does not mention any driver, only a generic system file.

Please see if you have minidump files. If you have, please share them. Sometimes, it may be necessary to analyze multiple minidumps to identify the cause of the problem.

These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

(If you don't have a "Minidump" folder, check if it is in the plural "Minidumps".)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud, choose to share it, and get the link.

Then, post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

I await your reply.

To analyze the dump files (DMP files) you are encountering, you can use debugging tools such as CDB or WinDbg. Here are some steps to help you analyze the dump files:

    1. Install Symbol Files: Make sure you have access to the symbol files for the version of Windows that created the dump file. This is crucial for accurate analysis. You can find more information about working with symbol servers in the Microsoft documentation.
    2. Start CDB: Use the CDB command-line tool to analyze the dump file. You can start CDB with the following command:

    cdb -y SymbolPath -i ImagePath -z DumpFileName

Replace SymbolPath, ImagePath, and DumpFileName with the appropriate paths.

    1. Use Analysis Commands: Once you have the dump file open in CDB, you can use commands like !analyze -v to get a detailed bug check analysis. This command will provide insights into the cause of the crash.
    2. Review the Output: Look for the STACK_TEXT section in the output, which can help identify the specific DLL or service causing the crash. This information is crucial for troubleshooting.
    3. Check for Additional Issues: If you suspect hardware issues, consider running hardware diagnostics, as they can sometimes lead to similar symptoms.

For more detailed information on analyzing user-mode dump files and using the CDB tool, refer to the Microsoft documentation.
