Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you are looking to change the Region and Payment method for your Microsoft Office 365 Subscription, first you will need to cancel the existing subscription.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing (manage your subscriptions page), and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    Click Cancel Subscription.

Please review the section at the top of the cancel page and what benefits you will lose.

Once done, select "I don't want my subscription" at the bottom.

Once the subscription is canceled and has expired, you can purchase the Microsoft Office 365 subscription again. You can add a new Payment method to your Microsoft account.

Also, sign in with your Microsoft account here to change the country, language and region.

    1. Same situation. Moving license to other country. Since you have to cancel your subscription, What happens with the data in one drive?
    2. my current license renews in September. Can I cancel now and the process keeping September as renewal date or I have to wait to not renew and update billing and buy license?

You cannot change the country/region for your Microsoft 365 subscription directly. The country/region where your organization is headquartered determines the services available, taxes, billing currency, and data center location. To move your subscription to the US region, you will need to sign up for a new account in the desired country/region and purchase a new subscription there.

After setting up the new subscription, you can then transfer your data and licenses as needed.
