If you purchased Microsoft 365 directly form Microsoft, log into your Microsoft account on this ink and check if you can see your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there and if the expiry date on the subscription correctly indicated the expiry date for the new subscription.

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If that is correctly indicated on your account online, if you have Office already installed on your PC, at the top right of Word, log out of Office then restart (not shut down) your PC and log back into Office to check if your subscription is then correctly registered in Office.

If you purchased Microsoft 365 and did not receive a product key via email, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, emails may end up in these folders.
    2. Verify your purchase: Ensure that your purchase was completed successfully. If you bought it from a retail store, you might have received a physical card with the product key.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you still cannot find your product key, contacting Microsoft Support may help you retrieve it or resolve any issues with your purchase.

Additionally, if your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), you might need to check with them for the product key.
