bluetooth issue

whenever i try to connect bluetooth showing that-"troubleshoot bluetooth connection" i updated all driver and also re-install it so please tell me what to do?

Hi ,

Here's what you'll do: access the device manager, look for the Bluetooth tab > Realtek Bluetooth or Generic Bluetooth > right-click and select uninstall > check the option to delete the driver.

It might ask you to restart, don't restart > download the driver from the link below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp165501-166000/sp165550.exe

Then open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

After restarting, install the driver from the link I sent, restart again and test.

    Hi,

    Right now I would need to know your laptop model or your desktop configuration to check for the correct drivers.

    If possible, access the Start menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshoot > Bluetooth. Select Run and let me know the status if you get an error.

    1. Select Search on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager from the results.
    2. In Device Manager, select Bluetooth. Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth adapter name (which may include the word “radio”), and select Uninstall device > Uninstall.
    3. Select Start , then select Power  > Shut down .
    4. After your device shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Windows will try to reinstall the driver.

    If Windows doesn't reinstall the driver automatically, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.

    Hi ,

    If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

    To find out your PC's configuration or model, access msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here.

    Access the device manager, go to the Bluetooth tab, take a screenshot and post it here.
