So I tried to play minecraft, but out of nowhere they asked me to sign in again. When I tried to login with my account it said to verify my email and had to write it, but the email I had to write is a other email as u can see in the screenshot (**@gmail.com is my account and a8@mmc.gay is the email I just don't know about). this is the same when I try to login in on xbox or just in microsoft on the website. So is there any solution for this.User's image

Hello Alex,

Thank you for reaching out about the issue where Microsoft is asking you to verify an email address you don’t recognize. I understand how frustrating this can be especially when you just want to access your account and enjoy your game.

This usually happens when the security information on your account has been changed possibly due to a compromise. Microsoft requires verification through the listed security details to protect your account from unauthorized access.

To resolve this try selecting “I don’t have any of these” on the verification page. This will lead you to the account recovery form where you can confirm your identity by providing as much accurate information as possible. You can submit the form twice a day until recovery is successful. If the account was hacked and the security info replaced the recovery form is the only way to regain access.

Have you already tried the recovery form or do you still have access to any other verification method like a phone number or authenticator app?

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

Regards,

Marcelo
