I need to reset my mfa methods

I need to reset my mfa methods because i reset my phone and cant get to my authenticator app, maybe if i can add a phone number to my account

Hello Brian The. Mint,

To resolve the error, please contact the Global Admins of your tenant as discussed over the private messages.

You can ask these Admins to Require re-register MFA so that you can configure the MFA methods again! Refer this MsDoc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options

As confirmed by you, you have resolved the issue by logging into the outlook account used to create tenant.

    I went to check this link https://aka.ms/mfasetup

    but not showing any add method. Direct they put me to organisation login portal
