I have a retail digital license purchased directly from Microsoft. My motherboard failed and my old drive is dead, so I cannot retrieve or transfer the key. The license is visible in my Microsoft Account order history. I need the license reassigned to my current hardware.
I have tried the troubleshoot path via settings.
I have tried going through my microsoft account online, including removing my old device.
I have the order in my Microsoft purchase history.
I can't get ahold of Microsoft at all. How can I get this reassigned?
