Why can't I log in to my Outlook account?

Hi there,

I am trying to log in to my account with my password, but even though I enter it correctly, I get a message saying that I have logged in incorrectly too many times and it won't let me in. So, I have tried to reset the password four times and it still won't let me in.

I am absolutely desperate. I have things of great professional value on OneDrive and I am afraid of losing them. I have also contacted account recovery and filled in all my personal details, as well as past passwords and recent emails sent.

What can I do at this point? Have I been blocked in some way? When will I be able to access my account? Best regards.

    Please try to check if you have another way to sign in on the password page. If you have this option, please try another method to sign in. If you can sign in or the account is currently signed in on your other device, please change your sign-in preference.

    If you do not have this option, please try to sign in again after 24 hours. Please refrain from login attempts within 24 hours. To ensure adequate waiting time, it is advisable to extend the waiting period slightly.

    Hello, Fill in the form here:  https://account.live.com/acsr It should then send you an email to let you know if your account is verified. Next it should give you the link for you to reset your password (find the link in the verification email). Try to use a browser incognito mode to reset the password. After that, wait perhaps half an hour to log into https://account.live.com and see if it successfully logs you in.
