Just a quick note, this forum is a user-to-user forum, no one here has any account access. Normally, once a product key is redeemed, it becomes linked to the Microsoft account used at that time. Try redeeming the product key using your new Microsoft account at https://setup.office.com.

If the key has already been redeemed, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Support. Let them know that your previous email domain is no longer available, and they can guide you through the process of verifying your purchase and, if possible, moving the license to your new account.

Even if the e-mail address can no longer be used for the purpose of sending and receiving e-mails, you may still be able to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and access your account info. It would definitely be worth trying.

However, since you mention HP, did you get Office preinstalled on an HP computer? In that case, see if HP support provides instructions on reinstalling.
