How we get certification certificate after exam pass, didn't received from last 6 months

• Go to this link: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport 
• Sign in with your Microsoft account 
• Click Continue 

Please complete all the required fields and click "Save". 

Click on this link again: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport. 

• This time, the page will automatically select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credential for you. 
• From there, simply fill in the remaining required details and submit your support ticket. 

This will help ensure your request reaches the right team who can assist you with your exam-related issue.
