I accidentally signed into Microsoft Account one for all, instead of reverting back to Local account.

I accidentally signed into Microsoft Account one for all, instead of reverting back to Local account. How do I revert back to local account without adding another user? It does not give me an option to revert back to local account. I accidentally signed in Microsoft Account one for all (Blue Button), from "Manage Account" from the Start button. I do not feel comfortable it showing my Microsoft account info. from the profile from the start button. I recently had to remove my PIN option because I had some issue with the keyboard and I had to take it to the computer shop for that reason. I need to go reverting back to Local account with that PIN option.
