Are you able to force your laptop into the recovery environment using these steps?

Start your laptop, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see if Windows will boot up normally.

.

If there is an option to uninstall the latest update, that may be the best option.

.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If your laptop cannot start after a Windows update, it may be experiencing issues related to the boot process. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Startup Repair: Use Windows installation media to access the Startup Repair tool. This tool can automatically fix many common startup problems. To do this:
      • Boot from the installation media.
      • Select Repair your computer.
      • Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.
    2. Check Boot Configuration: If you encounter a black screen with a blinking cursor, it may indicate that the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) is missing or corrupted. You can try to rebuild the BCD using the command prompt in the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
    3. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement: If you suspect that a driver is causing the issue, you can boot into Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode and check for problematic drivers.
    4. Clean Boot: If you can access Windows, perform a clean boot to determine if background services are causing the issue. Use msconfig to select Selective startup and disable non-Microsoft services.
    5. System File Checker: If you suspect system file corruption, you can run the System File Checker in offline mode using the command:
         SFC /Scannow /OffBootDir=C:\ /OffWinDir=C:\Windows

    6. Check Disk: Run the check disk command to fix any disk corruption:
         chkdsk /f /r

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consider restoring your system to a previous state or reinstalling Windows if necessary.
