My subscription ran out after 30 days, so I upgraded to pay-as-you-go, but my app service webpage still, just prints the message, this service is unavailable. I waited 48hours for service to return but it's still down. My subscription status is active. How can I re-activate my app service website?

As communicated via private message, to resolve the issue, a new App Service Plan was created because the problem was instance-related. The new plan has been assigned to the web app, which ensures allocation of a better worker instance and helps resolve the issue.

    Hello @dan lepage

    1. Verify Payment Status in the Billing section.
    2. Stop and Start the associated App Service Plan.
    3. Run the "Diagnose and solve problems" tool on the App Service.
    4. Contact Azure Support immediately if the service remains unavailable after performing the above steps.
