UPDATE: fixed via reinstalling the driver itself.
My audio inputs and outputs suddenly disappeared, how do i fix this?

Can you see it now?

2026-01-28T21:51:30.5766667+00:00 Please fix your updates. I installed an update that removed any sound from my computer. You have to fix this without me having to jump through a dozen hoops to try to follow your convoluted instructuions.
