i have purchased Office 2024 and cannot open my word or excel documents.

I have rectified the problem after an online suggestion. I went into Settings, Apps Office, Modify, Online repair. Now working perfectly. Thank you.

The first step is to check if your Office 2024 license is activated. Sign in at account.microsoft.com with the same account you used for the purchase, then open Services and subscriptions and confirm the license shows active. After that, open Word or Excel, go to File, Account, and check Product Information. If activation shows a problem, select the built-in troubleshoot option from that screen, which follows the steps from Microsoft’s support site.
