MO-200 certification is not showing up in my learn profile anywhere. Yes I am clicking on the correct location and yes, I am logged into my correct profile. Why is this so incredibly difficult to get any help on this.

Hello Zachary Taylor, thanks for posting this in our community.

MO-200 (Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel) is delivered through Certiport, and currently certifications earned through Certiport do not automatically appear in Microsoft Learn profiles. See, Testing at Certiport

If you used a different email for Certiport than your Microsoft Learn account, the certification will not link. Also, if you have multiple Microsoft accounts (personal versus work or school), you might be logged into the wrong profile. Please confirm you’re using the same account you registered for the exam.

To access your certificate, log in to your Certiport account, go to Print Certificates, and download or share your MOS certificate and transcript. This is currently the only official way to manage MOS certifications. MOS certifications do not expire, so you don’t need to renew them.

For technical concern with exam delivery you can reach out to Certiport support, Credentials support

Kind regards,

John Oli

If your MO-200 certification is not showing up in your Microsoft Learn profile, consider the following steps:

    1. Review Credential Requirements: Ensure that you have earned the certification by passing the appropriate exam. Check the certification or exam details pages to confirm this.
    2. Confirm Your Login Account: Make sure you are signing in to the correct Learn profile. If you have multiple profiles under different login accounts, you may be accessing the wrong one. Users who share computers may inadvertently sign in with the wrong account.
    3. Check for Missing Certifications: If you received a congratulations email for your certification, ensure that the email is linked to the correct Learn profile. If you do not see the expected certification, you might have earned it under a different profile.
    4. Contact Support: If you have checked all the above and still do not see your certification, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.
