First, your hearing aid shows under “Other devices” because Windows doesn’t recognize it as an audio device. Most hearing aids use Bluetooth LE Audio or proprietary protocols like MFi or ASHA, which Windows only recently started supporting.
Second, check your setup. Bluetooth LE Audio support began in Windows 11 version 24H2, and you’ll need compatible hardware and updated drivers. If available, enable “Use LE Audio when available” in Bluetooth settings.
Third, update your Bluetooth and audio drivers and run the troubleshooters. If it still won’t work, many users use intermediary devices like Phonak TV Connector or Oticon ConnectClip to bridge the PC and hearing aids.
Last, if direct pairing isn’t possible, try streaming through your phone with apps like AudioRelay or reset the pairing by removing the device, restarting, and re-pairing.
