Home Office 2024 is asking for a 365 subscription to edit

Hello! I just purchased and installed Home Office 2024 but when I open Word and try to edit a document I receive the message to log in to a 365 subscription in order to edit. How do properly set Home Office to not do this? Thank you in advance.
