So I upgraded my GPU from a GTX 970 to a RX 9070 XT. I used DDU in safemode to uninstall the nvidia drivers and was fine for 2 weeks. Then suddenly this week I've been getting crashes and BSODs.

This is the latest report I got from reliability history. It crashed right after I close a game I was playing.

I wanted to attach the .dmp file but I'm not allow to.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

I managed to catch the BSOD screen code as well. PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and here's another crash one that just happened.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rV849DVEg2dYtIGOB36ZWbY9s2IfwCrF/view?usp=drive_link Question, can PFN_LIST_CORRUPT occur due to overheating ram sticks? I went to check and they were really hot to the touch but I can't monitor as they aren't the kind that comes with temp sensors. I gonna up my fans speeds and see if that helps, I did tweak them lower before the crashing happened.
