You only receive certifications on Microsoft Learn for passing exams and earning certifications.
If you had been provided with an Achievement code by your instructor, you can redeem that code on https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements and you can print and download your attendance certificate from there

I know it's important to have proof of what you’ve done and it's annoying when you can't find it. Certificates for Microsoft Learn training, like DIAD, are kept in your Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard. You might not see the certificate right away because DIAD is usually a workshop led by an instructor, and certificates are only sent out after the person in charge says you finished.
To fix this, log in to your Microsoft Learn profile and head to the Credentials area. Then, pick View Certificates under the Certificates tab.
