I purchased a brand new Acer Aspire 14 AI Copilot+ PC | 14".

I expected it to come with MS Office and 365 already on it. But it shows only 5-day trial version and prompts to additionally purchase Microsoft 365.

Please suggest how shall I proceed to obtain the full version of active software.

If the advertising or other statement by the vendor explicitly said that licensed (not trial) Microsoft Office is included in the package, contact the vendor (not Microsoft) to demand they make arrangements to supply it.

If there is no such statement, you have no reason to expect Office (or Microsoft 365, which is a subscription that requires activation on the Microsoft website) to be included. Office is not part of Windows and has always been sold separately unless the vendor pays the license fee.

It seems that your new Acer Aspire 14 AI Copilot+ PC does not come with a pre-installed version of Microsoft Office, which is why you are only seeing a 5-day trial version. Here are your options to obtain the full version of Microsoft Office:

    1. Purchase Microsoft 365: You can buy a subscription to Microsoft 365 directly from the Microsoft website or through other retailers. This will give you access to the full suite of Office applications.
    2. Enter a Product Key: If you have purchased a physical copy of Office or have a product key from a previous purchase, you can enter that key to activate the full version.
    3. Trial Version: If you are okay with using the trial version for a short period, you can continue using it until it expires, but you will need to purchase a subscription afterward to keep using the applications.
    4. Contact Support: If you believe your device should have come with Office pre-installed, you may want to contact Acer support for clarification or assistance.

Make sure to check if your device was advertised as including Microsoft Office, as this can vary between different models and configurations.
