Since you're still logged in at your older laptop, please follow this guide:
- Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage
- Add a new phone number or email address under Security info.
- Verify the new contact method (Microsoft will send a code). This ensures you can receive login codes on your new laptop.
- Once updated, try signing in on your new Lenovo laptop and select the new recovery option when asked for verification.
If you’re still blocked, choose “I don’t have any of these” during login verification and follow Microsoft’s account recovery form to confirm your identity. You can start the process here: https://account.live.com/acsr
