I bought a new laptop whuich inc free annual subscription, but I already had a subscrition up and running, this expires soon and I want to activate my free one but cannot find any way to find it

The free one year Microsoft 365 subscription should be in the Microsoft Store.
Please open the Microsoft Store.
Click the Library button.
Click Included with device.
Claim Microsoft 365 1 year.
I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
