I understand how annoying it can be when send to OneNote keeps popping up every time you start your computer. The reason this happens is that Windows automatically launches any shortcut placed in the Startup folder, even if you’ve disabled OneNote elsewhere. To fix this, open the Run box by pressing Win + R, type %AppData%, and hit Enter. From there, go to Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup and delete any shortcuts related to OneNote or Send to OneNote. After that, restart your PC and check if it still launches. Just to confirm, have you already tried disabling OneNote in Task Manager’s Startup tab or through its own settings? If so, this step should finally stop it from auto starting.Regards,
