Hello,

I have purchased a valid license for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus.

After entering the product key at https://setup.office.com, the key is accepted, but I am unable to download the software. I receive the message “Service unavailable – a technical problem has occurred” and I am redirected to offline.officeapps.live.com/outage.html.

Please check this issue and provide access to the correct download or activate the license accordingly.

    Hello,

    Are you sure the package name has the word "Plus" in it? If so, you bought it from third party, right? This type of license is not meant for general consumers, and that's why you wouldn't be able able to buy it from Microsoft. They are volume licenses meant for organization users and they cannot be resold. I am afraid you would need to dispute this with whoever you bought it from.
