My account got hacked.

My account got hacked and they changed the email and password. I had 2 step verification so when I try account recovery, it says they can't help me. I did not have authentificator app, so I can't password reset, but I managed to get the account name they changed it to.

Hello Razvan. For now, I suggest using the account takeover recovery form. This form is designed specifically for situations where your account has been compromised. Microsoft will review your case and let you know if it’s possible to recover your account.

Follow these steps:

Open the account recovery page: https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount
Complete the recovery form with all the required details. When you reach the section “Alternate emails or phone numbers associated with the account”, enter any email addresses or phone numbers that were previously linked to or used with this account. This information helps Microsoft verify that you are the account owner.
Once the form is submitted, you should receive an email from msaccountsafety@microsoft.com within 15 minutes to 4 hours. This message will contain your case number, which begins with SIR.
Check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders for this email. If you do not receive it after 4 hours, submit the recovery form again.
