Hello support!
I tried to report an issue (about Excel Web) here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5674479/error-trying-to-create-a-copy-online-in-excel-for
I took a lot of time and care to create a detailed report with screen shots.
When I posted, I got generic errors. I spent almost half an hour figuring things out, and eventually determined that there was some unspecified issue with the screenshots of the Excel error messages that I included into my post. Still, trying to be helpful, I moved the screenshots to comments. (Note, the posting errors I was getting were completely generic. I only know that they were related to the screenshots through trial and error.)
Now my comments were removed, with a message that they violated your community guidelines, and I and I got an email saying that I was banned from Q&A.
Seriously?!? These were screenshots OF YOUR OWN ERROR MESSAGES!!
This is the worst treatment I ever received for trying to help a company by submitting a detailed bug report.
I am posting this using my work account, since the bogus ban prevents me from submitting this issue directly.
Please, remove the Microsoft Learn Q&A ban from the account used to post the referenced submission, and forward my original issue to the right team.
