Microsoft doesn't provide a support e-mail address, I'm afraid.

Note that you are only communicating with your fellow users here in Q&A. Nobody in the forum can take action on behalf of Microsoft.

Did you try to cancel the subscription yourself? If you are able to access your account at https://account.microsoft.com, it should be a straightforward process. Sign in, turn off recurring billing and then cancel.

If something goes wrong, you will have to access the Microsoft support chat via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Unfortunately, users in the forum report that this may be a convoluted process.
