Why can't I redeem a reward that's offered on the Redeem page?

I'm trying to redeem Robux points that's offered under the Redeem page for Roblox but it's saying its unavailable. Screenshot 2025-12-30 162110

Please note that reward options, such as gift cards, are sometimes temporarily removed due to stock shortages. Unfortunately, there is no estimated date for when reward offers will be available again. I suggest checking the Rewards page frequently and waiting for the stock to replenish.
