Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter this error when trying to add your Outlook account to your new Samsung Z Fold device, especially after replacing your previous phone. This issue usually happens because the authentication process between your account and the Link to Windows service is disrupted by mismatched session data or cookies.

First, try clearing the cache and data for the Link to Windows app on your phone. This helps remove any old session information that might be causing the error.

Second, remove your Microsoft account from the device and then add it back. Re-authenticating ensures the account is properly linked to the new phone.

Third, check that you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account on both your PC and your phone. Consistent credentials are essential for the Link to Windows feature to work correctly.

Last, if the issue persists, uninstall the Link to Windows app and reinstall the latest version from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store. This refreshes the app and resolves any compatibility issues.

We appreciate your patience while troubleshooting this. These steps usually resolve the error.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards

Edward

It appears you are encountering difficulties when trying to add your Outlook account on your Samsung Z-4 phone. The error messages you received, such as "No available sign-in for Link to Windows" and "We're unable to complete your request: server_error: The context_ID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie," suggest there may be an issue with the authentication process.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Ensure Internet Connectivity: Verify that your phone is connected to a reliable internet connection.
    2. Update the Outlook App: Check if there is an update available for the Outlook app in the Google Play Store and install it if necessary.
    3. Clear App Cache and Data: Navigate to your phone's settings, locate the Outlook app, and clear its cache and data to eliminate any temporary glitches.
    4. Reinstall the Outlook App: If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Outlook app to ensure a fresh start.
    5. Manual Account Setup: If the automatic setup fails, you can opt for manual configuration during the account setup process, which may help bypass the error.
    6. Seek Microsoft Support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

These troubleshooting steps should help you resolve the issue with adding your Outlook account on your new phone.
