Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
Thank you for sharing your question. I get how annoying it is when your subscription is about to expire because your payment info is old, mainly if you're trying to renew and don't want any service interruptions.
Usually, this happens because Microsoft needs your latest payment info to handle recurring billing. To fix this, log into your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and find your payment methods. From there, you can update your current card by selecting View or edit card, putting in the new info, and saving. If the card number is completely different, you can swap it out by deleting the old one and adding a new card before making it your go-to payment method.
After you save the new card, head back to your Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services, find the subscription you want to renew, pick Manage, and after that Change how you pay. Be sure your updated payment option is selected and confirm everything. That should ensure future payments go through without a hitch.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Noel
