Hi vinay K
Even though the Owner role was deleted, your Global Administrator (Entra ID) role is still active. This role allows you to reassign Azure permissions.
Please follow the below steps to regain access:

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
  2. Go to Microsoft Entra ID -> Properties.
  3. Set Access management for Azure resources to Yes.
  4. Navigate to Subscriptions -> Select your subscription -> Access control (IAM).
  5. Add a role assignment and assign the Owner role to your own user account.

It may take a few minutes for the permissions to take effect. Once applied, you will have full Owner access again.

If you accidentally deleted your owner permissions and are the Global Admin, you will need to request an increase in your permission levels to regain those permissions. This can typically be done by following the appropriate support channels for your organization.

You may also want to check if there are other Global Admins in your organization who can assist you in restoring your permissions.
