    Dear @Sam F,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to assist you.

The emoji I circled is the “Woman Office Worker” emoji. If you hover your mouse over it for about two seconds, you’ll see its name displayed as Woman Office Worker. User's image

I completely understand that the design may not always clearly convey the intended representation, and your observation is very important. Microsoft values inclusivity and strives to make products welcoming for all users. Sharing feedback on this point will help improve the experience and make it more friendly for diverse audiences.

You can submit feedback directly to Microsoft via Loop (Help (the ? icon) > Give feedback), or through Feedback Hub by

Go to: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub > Send Feedback > Describe your proposal in detail.
