The Woman Office Worker you've circled has a tie on - that may be inclusive of some women, however the majority of women office workers don't wear ties. Also the symbol for male comes up (covered by your arrow pointing out the circled image) but not the female symbol. If Microsoft was truly inclusive they'd include male female and non-binary symbols as well as images of people to depict this.

Searching for “wood” may display icons with women because “wo” appears in their names.

Searching for “feather” may show female-related icons because “fe” matches the beginning of words like “fear”, “ferry", "feeding" or “fencing.”

So, when you search for “manager,” icons with names containing parts of that keyword (such as “man” or “er”) may appear, even if they are not contextually related.
