I am not able to login to Azure portal using my personal hotmail id

Hello, I am trying to log in to Azure using my personal email ID, but I am not receiving a code in my Microsoft Authenticator app. Although I can access other Microsoft services, I cannot access Azure. Not able to raise a ticket due to login failure.

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.
