Thanks for the update. Since all Office apps are affected, the best next step is an Online Repair. This fully reinstalls Office and fixes corrupted components.

    Please follow these steps carefully:

    1. Close all Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
    2. Open Settings on Windows. You can search for it or just right click the Windows icon on your taskbar and select it.
    3. Go to AppsInstalled apps.
    4. Find Microsoft 365 (or Office) in the list.
    5. Click the three dotsModify.
    6. Select Online Repair and confirm.
    • The repair can take 15–30 minutes. This is normal.
    • Do not cancel it, even if it seems slow.
    • Restart the PC once the repair finishes.

After restarting, open Excel first and check if it opens normally.

If the issue continues after this, reply back and we can look at other options.
